A custom exhaust setup would really have no impact on cam adjusters much less your warranty. I'd worry more about chipping or lowering your car voiding a warranty before a custom exhaust would.

Of course you could just call them and find out what would void your warranty...or just not tell them.

Drag Strip Terminal Speed (MPH) :     105.28

That's interesting...The R is lighter, more powerful, and quicker than the W8. It sucks we'll never see the R36 on our side of the pond. I miffed that we also won't have the 'Rocco.

True - but it does't make that magic W8 noise ;-)

Nope, especially not through my magnaflows :)

For cruising around town the R36 leaves me somewhat disappointed. The W8 on the other hand sounds absolutely magic as the noise bounces off nearby buildings and walls.

I find the stock setup too quiet, it sounds better when I let my dad drive it the other day with me following him in his truck. I can't even hear it with the windows down. Is there like a resonator I can take out and replace it with just a pipe or something? I don't want a loud droning exhaust, just something that has a little growl when I step on it.
Looking to buy a W8 Wagon 6-Speed to haul grocceries...And I finally found one on 2-16-2008

I originally took out the centre box and replaced with 2 single (v small straight through boxes) the rear boxes were also replaced with more free flowing boxes and the sound was great and at motorway speeds wasn't loud at all, but sounded perfect when it was revved
