Hi all,

I was just wondering whether there were any fellow W8 owners in the UK who would be interested in organising a meet some time this year. I don't know how many of us there are (and whether our locations would make meeting location a problem) but let me know if anyone would be interested.

Harry

PS.
Here's the scene from a Phaeton GTG I organised last year - probably the first time that many Phaetons have been in a single location!

I'm amazed there was a car park big enough ;)

Yeah, sounds like a good plan.

I only know him by reputation and a brief chat over the phone.

Last year's German Phaeton Oweners' GTG was quite interesting since VW had already given them a tour of the Transparent Factory and the body factory at Zwickau. Consequently they gave them a tour of the factory of a small subsidiary near Molsheim in France...

I hope you don't mind if I posted that picture on my Facebook page Malcolm. I LOVE that shot and it's too good not to share.

By all means

As for the GTG, anyone have any ideas about where we could meet?

How about an Afternoon in Windsor watching Polo - it's £10 per car, with loads of parking....

If we need something more central, then maybe one of the VW events in the midlands would work?
