Nevermind - After much tracing wires, I found the issue.

When AJB had the new engine put in, they must have used a harness for an automatic. Turns out, the connector mating the cabin and engine bay wiring didnt quite match up. Pin 13 in the white connector on the cabin side has signal for the clutch switch. The bay side has no pin. I pulled the ECU connector off and disassembled it, and found there was no wire there, just a blank pin. I pulled the pin, mated it with a wire, and then ran a that wire to the clutch switch.

Happy day I have cruise control again!

So, basically you did what they should have done in the first place.

More or less... yea...

There were some other ECU pins that weren't in use, so I want to track down if they are used, and if they are, what for. There may be some other things I need to wire up in that case, too.

For now though, all is well
